At ASES we are fortunate to be surrounded by many acres of beautiful forest and nature trails so we use this woodland area as our Forest Kindergarten classroom each day.
We believe in providing ample opportunities for children to roam freely in the outdoors and develop their own connection with nature through hands-on experiences in the wild.
Over the past 2 years, we have been establishing a Forest School Program in KB.
Sue is currently completing her Forest School Practitioner's Course and with a generous grant from TLDSB, we purchased a variety of Forest School materials to broaden the student's experiences during our Forest School adventures.
